    If you live within the UK, you have the option to pay for Royal Mail delivery service, or DPD's carbon neutral delivery service at a premium price (but hey, it's for the planet). Outside of the UK, all of our deliveries are carbon neutral.

    We have chosen to work with DPD due to the great work they do towards a more sustainable delivery system, using electric cars within London and having a great carbon offsetting programme. You can read more about it here

  • Return & Exchanges

    We hope that you love our products and have no reason to want to part with them ever again (although holding on to old ear swabs is a bit weird), but if you are sure, then we do accept returns for some products. A lot of our products are non-returnable due to hygiene and therefore we cannot accept these as you will understand we cannot resell them, resulting in waste, which is just not us…. Please check individual product pages for specific returns availability. If you would like to return something, please send us an email to so we know to expect your delivery.

    If it is an exchange you are after, i.e. a different size or colour, then we would be happy to assist, again as long as it is not a hygiene-related product. Pop us an email to let us know what you’re after and we’ll check if we have this in stock. We do not offer free returns delivery so you will have to arrange this yourself. We highly recommend getting a receipt and tracking number when sending your parcel as proof of postage.


  • How do I amend or cancel or my order?

    If you’ve realised you’ve made a mistake on your order or have decided to cancel, please send us an email to as soon as possible and as long as your order has not already been shipped we will be able to assist.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    This depends on which country you want your order shipped to. Shipping to all UK mainland addresses is £2.99 via the Royal Mail, or opt for carbon neutral delivery with DPD for £7.99. Worldwide shipping costs varying. Please enter your address at the checkout for specific costing.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all VISA Debit and Credit Cards. These are processed via Stripe. 

  • How secure is your site and payment process?

    Our site is secured with a Comodo SSL certificate, meaning all data shared by customers is secured, as the SSL encrypts the transmission of passwords, credit card details and any other personal information.

  • What is a backorder?

    Sometimes we may find a certain item sells super fast and we run out of stock, but don’t worry because we work closely with our fabulous brands and suppliers to replenish as quickly and as often as we need to. If you can’t wait for the item to come back into stock and want to be the first to receive the product when it’s back in stock you can place a backorder. You will receive an email from detailing how long your order may take.

  • How accurate are your product traceability maps?

    We have worked very hard alongside our brands to ensure that our traceability maps are as accurate and specific as possible. We trust that our brands are honest and are sharing as much information with us as they can and us with you.

  • Are all of your products vegan?

    Yes, most definitely! Vegan all day, every day.

  • Are all of your products plastic free?

    All apart from the cotton caps, which have a plastic fastening on the back.

  • Are all of your products natural and organic?

    Unfortunately, not all of our products are natural and organic. Our brands are all amazing for their unique reasons, but sometimes being able to tick all of the boxes is really tricky. We are working with them to find ways to progress and hopefully soon this answer will be a yes!

  • What packaging do you use to ship your orders?

    We use recycled tissue paper to keep your orders protected, biodegradable cellulose stickers, recycled paper business cards and repurposed boxes that we have collected from our own orders, friends and family. Everything is sealed using a kraft paper tape, made from recycled paper, fully compostable with a self-adhesive vegan and cruelty-free glue.

  • How ethical is your website host?

    As ephemeral as we all see the internet, there is, of course, a complex mechanical network behind the seamless nature of the internet. And this network uses power like any other appliances, in fact, the internet produces the same amount of carbon annually as an average Boeing 747 flying to the moon and back 5,674 times!! To combat this and use as little carbon as necessary, we are hosting our website with Kualo, a 100% renewable energy hosting service (Energy supplied by E-on) with ISO certification and Power usage effectiveness (PUE) ratings of 1.2 making it one of the most efficient hosting facilities in service today. As a testament to Kualo’s environmental and social ambitions, they also provide free web hosting to charities for life!
